You are invited to join 1st Fridayz™ brought to you by the WECAI Network™.

This month’s 1st Fridayz™ is different. We will only be networking via the web conference room and teleconference bridge line. The times are between 1pm and 4pm this Friday, November 2nd.

Back by popular demand our topics will focus on blogging for business. And we have two experts who will share their blogging experiences with us.

They are Sally Falkow and Tammy Munson. Here’s the scoop:

Her main interest is in the shift in media consumption and how new technology is affecting the practice of public relations. Sally will be talking about blogging strategy and measuring the ROI in terms of your business goals.

Tammy Munson is THE New Media Virtual Assistant! She offers a full range of virtual assistant services from audio editing/production to podcast and internet radio show production. Her fully digital audio production studio and editing capabilities allows her to make your podcast or product look and sound good, whether is a podcast, blog, website, or video. Tammy is also one of the principles of Business and Learning Blog (http://www.businessandlearning.com/blog/) - the work at home community’s premiere online event organizer. Each year Business and Learning hosts a Work At Home Expo. Tammy will be talking about blogging in general including how to monetize your blog, increase subscribers and more.

Teresa Morrow of Key Business Partners, 1^st Fridayz™ showcase chair has scheduled some great women to showcase their blogs. While the blogging showcases are already booked, if you are interested and show up, it is likely we will have time for a few impromptu showcases. So be sure to be there and share your blog experiences with us.

If you are attending via the web conference room, go here: http://www.wecai.org/eWednesdayChat.exe.

There is a small (but safe) download. It will save an icon to your desktop so that you can simply click on it to access in the future. If you are joining via the web conference room you will need a microphone (external) so you can participate verbally. If you do not have one, you can purchase a very inexpensive one at Radio Shack or equivalent (under $15 US) that works quite well.

In addition to all this great networking, blog discussions and showcasing, there will be book and prize give-aways throughout the day.
