My coaches really help me stay focused and on track... and they make me accountable too - so when I say I'm going to do something - I have someone to answer to if it doesn't get done. Being an entrepreneur is awesome. But it really helps to have someone else who has my best interest at heart and is rooting for me and can support me. It's also wonderful to have someone that I can lay it all on the line to and be vulnerable with - you know - on those days when you just want to throw your hands up. Not only am I a coach, but I love working with coaches as well.
